Boom. Now it’s official. From the start till the end of the 20/21 season, the MillernTon managed to record short podcast episodes with FCSP’s head coach Timo Schultz. The result is a unique insight into the work and philosophy of the club’s coach.

In total, we conducted 22 brief interviews with Timo Schultz since the pre-season of last summer. These interviews are now summarised into four single episodes and are some sort of season review. (Debbie’s voice leads through the season and thanks to some snippets of the AFM-radio we are able to re-live through some highs and lows again). And by doing so, we get a view from an entirely different perspective: through the eyes and mind of the head coach of the FC St Pauli.
The first episode will hit your podcatchers tomorrow. The following episodes will be published subsequently throughout the next ten days. So clear up space on your devices, the episodes will be released through the regular feed of the monthly show.
And if you’re German isn’t that proliferate and if you’re preferably looking for something to read in your summer holidays or in leisure time: all four episodes will also be published as transcripts in both the German and English languages.
We’re incredibly proud to be able to present this podcast documentary. “Being Timo Schultz” comes straight from the heart and is nothing less than the biggest project the MillernTon ever embarked for. It was immensely difficult to keep it a secret since the start of last year’s pre-season. But now we can finally and loudly announce it and we think the entire thing turned out very good.
Even though the first episode will only be published tomorrow, you can look forward to a very deep insight into the season from the inner circle’s perspective of the FC St. Pauli. That’s a promise. Really.
